Background:
As of April 1, 2008, Massachusetts has auto insurance rate competition. (Previously rates were state mandated.)

Our insurance rep, Vin, has spent the past year trying to convince us this is going to be the worst thing that could happen for Mass drivers, and that we should write our congressman and say so.

Mike: Hey, we just got our new auto insurance bill. It went from $(exorbitant amount) to $(very reasonable amount).

Me: Vin can suck it!

Mike: Yeah! I'm-a go get in a ACCIDENT!
